Booking Fee & Payment
A booking fee of 25% of the total rental amount is charged at the time of online booking via Stripe. The remaining 75% is payable on pickup by cash or card. All prices include 19% VAT. A refundable security deposit is also required at vehicle pickup (credit card or cash): €1,000 for RZR & Ranger, €500 for the Segway Quad, €350 for the Beverly 350, and €250 for the Liberty 125. This deposit is fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition. Security deposits do not apply to safari tour bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation: The booking fee is non-refundable if the customer cancels for any reason. Operator Cancellation: If Energy Quad Buggy Rental cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee within 5–10 business days.
Age & Licence Requirements
The minimum age to rent is 18 years. A valid driver's licence must be presented at pickup. An ID card or passport is also required.
Permitted Use
All vehicles are for sightseeing purposes only, within the Paphos district. The following are strictly prohibited: motorways, beaches, sand, water, and extreme off-road driving. Scooters (125cc) are permitted on asphalt and B6 roads only.
Damage & Liability
Third-party insurance is included in all rentals. The hirer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the rented vehicle during the rental period. An extreme driving fine of €500–€1,000 per incident applies.
Late Return
A delay charge of €20 per hour applies for vehicles returned after the agreed time.
Additional Driver
An additional driver may be added for a fee of €10. The additional driver must also meet the age and licence requirements.
